Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ceciaofficial.com with an email including your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. In line with our company policy, requests submitted after this 14-day period cannot be processed.

Items returned must be:

— Unused and undamaged
— Sent back in their original packaging, together with all accessories
— Accompanied by the invoice and all packaging components (cardboard box, dust bag, tissue paper, etc.)

Returns that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

In accordance with our Distance Sales Agreement, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
