Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order on our website using your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.

All orders are shipped worldwide from our production facility in Istanbul, Turkey, and delivered directly to your address.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for items that are new and unused. All items must be returned unused, in resalable condition, and in the same condition in which you received them.

Items must be returned complete, together with their original box, dust bag, shipping box, tags, and the protective film and tissue paper on the hardware.

A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and passed our quality control process, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.

We offer interest-free instalments of up to 3 months on all credit cards. Extended instalment plans of up to 12 months are also available.

After entering your card details at checkout, you will be able to view the instalment options and terms specific to your bank.

All CECIA products come with a 1-year warranty. We also offer repair and maintenance services for our bags and shoes.

If the product is within its warranty period and repair is possible, the necessary restoration work will be carried out free of charge.
